Bir zorunluluk olarak erken do\u011fmalar\u0131 gereken bu bebeklerin geli\u015flerini tamamlayamadan do\u011fmu\u015f olmalar\u0131 baz\u0131 hayati riskleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Premat\u00fcre olarak do\u011fan bebeklerin \u00e7o\u011funlukla beyin, b\u00f6brek, karaci\u011fer, kalp, akci\u011fer gibi organlar\u0131nda hayati risk ta\u015f\u0131yan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ve aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi muhtemeldir. Bu bebeklerde en yayg\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclen hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekildedir;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solunum S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 Sendromu (RDS)<\/li>\n<li>Sar\u0131l\u0131k<\/li>\n<li>Kans\u0131zl\u0131k<\/li>\n<li>Ventrik\u00fcl \u0130\u00e7i Kanama<\/li>\n<li>Ba\u011f\u0131rsak \u0130ltihaplanmas\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Enfeksiyon<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">senin<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Patent Ductus Asteriosus (PDA)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Kronik Akci\u011fer Sorunu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Solunum S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 Sendromu (RDS)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Solunum s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 sendromu \u00f6zellikle 34. Haftadan \u00f6nce do\u011fan premat\u00fcre bebeklerde akci\u011ferlerinin tam geli\u015fememi\u015f olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc s\u0131kl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir durumdur. 1990\u2019larda uygulanmaya ba\u015flayan Surfaktan metoduyla k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tedavi edilebilmektedir. Bu tedavi y\u00f6ntemi sayesinde premat\u00fcre bebeklerde solunum s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm oran\u0131 nerdeyse yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sar\u0131l\u0131k <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yeni do\u011fan bebeklerde sar\u0131l\u0131k ihtimali olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir ancak bu oran premat\u00fcre bebekler s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda \u00e7ok daha fazla artmaktad\u0131r. Bunun nedeni olarak da premat\u00fcre bebe\u011fin karaci\u011ferinin tam olgunla\u015famam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kandaki biluribinin at\u0131lamamas\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Sar\u0131l\u0131k genel olarak yeni do\u011fanlarda g\u00f6r\u00fclse de hafif dozda seyredip gerekli \u00f6nlemlerle bebe\u011fin k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede atmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. Erken do\u011fum nedeniyle yeteri demir birikimi sa\u011flayamayan premat\u00fcre bebekler de bu y\u00fczden anemik olarak do\u011farlar. Do\u011fum sonras\u0131nda v\u00fccutlar\u0131nda yeterli k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kan h\u00fccresinin olmamas\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde beslenme problemlerini de beraberinde getirir. <strong>Premat\u00fcre bebekler<\/strong>de beslenme \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fundan bu durum onun geli\u015fimini sekteye u\u011fratabilir. Ayr\u0131ca k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kan h\u00fccrelerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 kalple ilgili sorunlar ya\u015famas\u0131na da yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ventrik\u00fcl \u0130\u00e7i Kanama <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Premat\u00fcre do\u011fumlarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen di\u011fer bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131k da do\u011fumdan sonraki ilk \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde beynin i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kanamad\u0131r. Bu beyin kanamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle 32. haftadan \u00f6nce do\u011fan premat\u00fcre bebeklerde g\u00f6r\u00fclme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha y\u00fcksektir. Beyinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu tarz bir kanama ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerde bebe\u011fin davran\u0131\u015fsal problemler ve \u00f6\u011frenme bozukluklar\u0131 ya\u015famas\u0131na neden olabilecek niteliktedir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ba\u011f\u0131rsak \u0130ltihaplanmas\u0131 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7ok s\u0131k olmamakla birlikte baz\u0131 premat\u00fcre bebeklerde g\u00f6r\u00fclen rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar biri de ba\u011f\u0131rsak iltihaplanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bebe\u011fin do\u011fumundan iki \u00fc\u00e7 hafta sonra beslenmesinin zorla\u015fmas\u0131 ve kar\u0131nda fark edilecek derece \u015fi\u015flikle belirtilerini g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flar. \u00c7o\u011funlukla ilk m\u00fcdahale olarak antibiyotik tedavisi uygulan\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle menenjit, zat\u00fcrre ve kan zehirlenmesi gibi enfeksiyonel hastal\u0131klara yakalanma ihtimalleri y\u00fcksektir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">senin <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Solunum sistemlerindeki zay\u0131fl\u0131ktan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc premat\u00fcre bebeklerin baz\u0131lar\u0131nda 20 saniye solunumlar\u0131n\u0131n durmas\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenebilmektedir. Apne olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu durum \u00f6zellikle premat\u00fcre bebeklerin devaml\u0131 g\u00f6zlem alt\u0131nda bulundurulmalar\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmektedir. \u00d6zellikle solunum s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7eken bebeklerin, yeni do\u011fan \u00fcnitesinden sonra da evde aile bireyleri taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenli olarak kontrol edilmeleri gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Patter Ductus Asteriosus<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Premat\u00fcre bebeklerin bir\u00e7o\u011funda g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
