Important: When your account is deleted, your user account, baby profiles, and care tracking records stored in the app will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Data Types Deleted from Baby Tracker: Newborn Care Log:
- User account information, including email address and profile details
- Baby profiles, baby photos, sharing records, and invitation information
- Breastfeeding, sleep, diaper, bottle, food, pumping, and activity logs
- Temperature, medication, growth measurement, bath, notebook, and calendar records
- Reminders, notification preferences, and app settings
- Firebase Authentication data
- App data stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage
- Local app data on your device when deletion is performed from inside the app
After we receive your account deletion request, Mobisoft Yazılım will permanently delete your account and associated user data within 30 days.
Security and debugging records such as crash reports may remain subject to Firebase Crashlytics retention periods. Backups are permanently purged within up to 30 days after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
